Despite a cramped bathroom layout, the room was beautifully decorated with stunning mountain views. Breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious.

Oh, the breakfast was a revelation! The full English was top-notch, featuring the best black pudding I've ever tasted. Clean as a whistle and super comfy, room 4 offered stunning views that made mornings magical. Paul and Vanessa are absolute gems, ensuring a delightful stay!
One minor hiccup was the cramped layout in the single room's bathroom. I had to squeeze past the toilet to access the shower, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

Squeaky clean accommodations, views of Skiddaw, unusual bathroom layouts
Parking set-up could use clarification!!! Some rooms might feel cramped, particularly the bathrooms!!! Expect occasional noise from nearby streets, which can disrupt your peace at times!!!

The breakfast was outstanding, especially the pre-ordered hot food alongside a wonderful range of continental options.
The bathroom layout in my single room was a bit cramped, making it slightly awkward to access the shower.

A lovely stay in Keswick! 🌄
Absolutely loved the brekkie, like proper dik brekkie with options! Vanessa and Paul are sharp-sharp with their hospitality. Room was squeaky clean and so comfy, I didn't want to get up!
Parking is on the street, can be a bit of a hassle if you're not lucky!

Super clean place with thoughtful touches like tea and coffee facilities in the room! Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order, just what we needed after a long walk. And being so close to the town centre made everything a breeze.
Nothing.

Had a nice stay, but would’ve preferred a bath sheet. The shower was brilliant though! Heaps of fresh fruit at breakfast was a sweet as touch.

I had an incredible stay! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the beautiful views from my room were a real treat. Only downside was the absence of a bath sheet, but it didn't ruin my experience. I’d definitely choose to return!

Perfect for walkers!
We had an amazing stay! The owners were super friendly and even let us use their tools to dry our wet walking gear, which was a lifesaver. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was delish, packed with options like fresh fruits and a full English. Only thing was the bathroom was a bit cramped.

missingWrote a review on 07 Junspectacular viewsample breakfasttight showertemperature issuebasin inconvenience
The views from the room were incredible, with beautiful scenery that made for a brilliant backdrop. The breakfast spread was abundant, featuring fresh fruit, cereals, and a full English that set a solid tone for the day.
The en-suite shower room was clean but somewhat small, making movement a bit tight. Temperature adjustments on the power shower took longer than expected, requiring patience. having the washbasin situated in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom posed a minor inconvenience during the stay.
